Kanji Around Town
I've been taking pictures of signs and other writing around town, I was hoping for a better set, but I've been sitting on some of these photos for almost two months now, so I'm just going to post what I've got. The writing is almost all Kanji, the Chinese-based characters with a 3,000 character alphabet, and a whole lot more that aren't included in that count. I can't read any of them, except for the fire box which says "hose-u (indecipherable kanji)." Either way, I like the way they look, and so enjoy.

posted bythe kanji in the picture right under the words "in takehara" says "takehara". but maybe you already knew that.
and the one that you think says something about an entrance does say something about an entrance.
that about taps my kanji knowledge. not that you inquired.
